Hey all,
I’ve been using Freezvon’s virtual PBX for about 3 months now. Lately, I’m experiencing choppy audio and delayed responses during calls—especially in peak hours. I’ve tried restarting my router, but no luck. Anyone else face this? Any suggestions?
Hey all, I’ve been using Freezvon’s virtual PBX as great service for calls and SMS with cheap virtual numbers for about 3 months and overall it’s been a great service for calls and SMS. The setup was smooth, and their cheap virtual numbers helped me save a lot. However, recently I noticed some choppy audio and delays during peak hours. Restarting my router didn’t help either. I’m reaching out to see if others have faced similar issues and if there are any tips to improve call quality during busy times. Still, I highly recommend Freezvon for reliable communication!
Same here! I was getting echo and dropped calls. In my case, it was a SIP ALG issue on the router. Try disabling SIP ALG in your router’s advanced settings—it messes with call routing. Also, make sure your ports (5060–5064) are open for SIP traffic.
