Enlightening presentations included:
12 Noon - Welcome! Those who attended enjoyed meeting the sponsors, many walked away with a door prize, and everyone enjoyed the wine tasting and light refreshments throughout the event!
1 pm - "Finding Your Passion" Susan Blakeslee, LMHC with VITAS Innovative Hospice provided helpful tips on identifying, pursuing and realizing our passions in life. Life should be fulfilling and it's acting on our passions that makes fulfillment a reality! We learned to live our passion!
2 pm - "Looking Your Best, Feeling Your Best and Doing Your Best" Ross A. Clevens, MD, FACS - The team from Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon from Clevens Center for Facial Cosmetic Surgery taught us about putting our best foot forward by caring for- and protecting - our skin and by taking advantage of the many Surgical and Non-Surgical options available to manage the aging process. We learned more about the unparalleled expertise of their team with an integrated approach that optimizes each patient's skin health and appearance to compliment her true INNER BEAUTY.
3 pm - "Transitions of Life - How to Survive, Endure and Embrace" Rebecca Hunton, M.D. reminded us of the transitions women face, each with unique challenges and opportunities for growth and rewards. Dr. Hunton discussed these transitions with humor, helpful tips and strategies and an understanding of how our physical bodies are impacted and should be protected.
