At One Senior Place, our dedicated and experienced care management team anchors the coordinated, whole-person approach to senior care that is at the heart of the One Senior Place concept. Our Elder Care Managers bring compassion and decades of experience across a wide range of disciplines to the profession of helping seniors and their families navigate the maze of elder care issues and options.
JoAnn Jaunich, RN-BC, CRRN, CMC
JoAnn brings with her over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. A native of North Carolina, JoAnn graduated in 1982 from DePaul Hospital School of Nursing in Norfolk, Virginia. She holds a certification in Gerontology and is a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) and Certified Care Manager. She has worked in various settings including critical care in the hospital medical/surgery area, skilled nursing facility environment and case management in the hospital setting. Her varied work experience brings great value to community members as JoAnn is well-qualified to discuss a wide variety of topics, settings and is knowledgeable about so many options to the senior community. JoAnn and her husband have lived in Brevard County for the last 13 years, raising their three sons.
Don
na Sargent, Elder Care Manager
As a One Senior Place Elder Care Manager, Donna Sargent builds on a foundation of 17 years of intensive professional service to the elderly. She has worked on behalf of seniors in various settings including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, with an emphasis on rehabilitation and discharge planning. Donna’s commitment to seniors and children is evident in her résumé which includes a long history of leadership roles in a variety of professional and service organizations – President of the Brevard Association of Human Services; board member for Yellow Umbrella Child Abuse Prevention Center and Palm Bay Academy Charter School; active in TRIAD and the Brevard Assisted Living Association. Donna is also a member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers. As Director of the One Senior Place Senior Resource Library, Donna shares her vast working knowledge of the resources available to seniors in our community with her clients and their families.

Beth Kramer, RN
Beth Kramer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in 1982. With over twenty years of critical care nursing experience, much of it with elderly patients, Beth has extensive experience with the physical and mental care issues of the elderly. She is a former member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and has several years of Administrator- and Director-level experience in senior home care. Beth is a Florida native and long time resident of the Space Coast where she lives with her husband and three daughters.
