Donna Clem, Director of Elder Care Management
As a One Senior Place Elder Care Manager, Donna Clem builds on a foundation of 20 years of intensive professional service to the elderly. She has worked on behalf of seniors in various settings including skilled nursing and assisted living facilities, with an emphasis on rehabilitation and discharge planning. Donna’s commitment to seniors and children is evident in her résumé which includes a long history of leadership roles in a variety of professional and service organizations – President of the Brevard Association of Human Services; board member for Yellow Umbrella Child Abuse Prevention Center and Palm Bay Academy Charter School; active in TRIAD and the Brevard Assisted Living Association. Donna is also a member of the National Association of Geriatric Care Managers. As Director of the One Senior Place and One Senior Place Care Management, Donna shares her vast working knowledge of the resources available to seniors in our community with her clients and their families.
Beth Kramer, RN, CMC

Beth Kramer received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Florida in 1982. With over twenty years of critical care nursing experience, much of it with elderly patients, Beth has extensive experience with the physical and mental care issues of the elderly. She is a former member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and has several years of Administrator- and Director-level experience in senior home care. With her extensive care with the geriatric population, Beth became a Certified Care Manager in 2010. Beth is a Florida native and long time resident of the Space Coast where she lives with her husband and three daughters.
Kathi Ridner

Kathi started with One Senior Place when the doors first opened in 2006. Kathi's brings to Care Management five years of intense training in learning the resources in Brevard County, understanding entitlement benefits and becoming a advocate for seniors and their family members.
Kathi lives with her husband and is the proud mother of one son and one daughter.
